A little pick me up…

It happens to everyone.  You skip a day because you are tired, sore, kids have activities, or all of the above.  One day leads to two days, then “I’ll go back next week.”  ‘Life’ happens and before you know it, you haven’t made it to the gym in a couple of weeks.  Don’t give up!  Don’t beat yourself up!  Keep reading!
