At August CrossFit, we believe that kids can benefit from the same training that we, as adults use. The CrossFit Kids classes are for children ages 3-17. The classes are broken out into three primary groups.
Preschool –> Ages 3-5 years
Kids –> Ages 5-12 years
Teen –> Ages 12-18
These groups are designed to teach the movements in an age appropriate format and timeline that keeps the young ones focused on fun. We want children to not only reap the rewards of physical fitness, but to develop a genuine love for movement, fitness, and healthy living that they can carry with them into adulthood.

We are currently offering CrossFit Kids classes for our Ages 5-12 group. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday 4:00pm-4:45pm.
