How should I be eating?
It is a simple question with endless answers and options. To keep it simple and easy to follow, we chose to follow the
CrossFit Nutrition Prescription
“Eat meat and vegetable, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.”

But HOW do I follow that? What does it mean?
It means that you wouldn’t fuel your automobile with bad fuel and expect it to run smoothly, so why put bad fuel into your body.
Eat WHOLE FOODS and LEAN MEATS, in MODERATION…
It can’t be that simple!
Yes! It can be that simple. No fad diets, no special foods, just REAL food as it is found in nature. Cook your own food so that you know where it comes from. Avoid the refined products and processed foods-your food should be prepared in the kitchen, NOT a factory. These steps alone will help you to begin your journey to fueling your body properly.
