It’s Memorial Day! In true CrossFit tradition, we will be honoring all of our fallen Military by performing the hero WOD Murph. There will be scaled and partner options available. It is the spirit of the workout that honors our fallen heroes , so let’s honor them in the way we do as crossfitters.
We will be running two heats (7:30am & 9:00am). If you plan on participating, make sure that you drink plenty of water today and tomorrow. Message me if you plan on attending.
